Domicillary Services
Outreach provide a wide range of services to all individuals who stay at their own home within their community and in offering support in a variety of areas. The focus being on helping and supporting people to follow the lifestyle and routines that they choose and have become familiar with.
We currently support a number of people living independently in six different community homes in the Prestwich, Whitefiled and Bury areas.
Our CST (Community Support Team) Domiciliary Service, supports service users who may for example live with parents or family, or indeed may live independently and whom we may support for 2-4 hours, depending on their care package.
