SUPPORTED LIVING ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES.

This supported living service contains 8 self-contained apartments over 2 floors, with one of the apartments having the capacity to house a couple, whilst 7 are for single occupancy.
Our support being tailored and delivered according to individual needs, this includes support with activities of daily living, to make & attend health appointments, budgeting & financial support, sourcing further education, accessing the community, looking after your home environment, cultural, faith and emotional support. Adjunct to this we also offer medication ordering/administration/auditing.
This service is close to Bury Town Centre and there several GP services in the area, transport links include buses, tram & train, there is an extensive shopping centre nearby as well as local shops including a small supermarket, pharmacy and various eating facilities.
All apartments have induction cookers, built in fridge freezer & washing machine, all are en-suite, the building & apartments are non-smoking (this includes vaping).
CCTV is installed in all communal areas, and there is car parking at the rear of the building.
There is a sleep in person on site and the building is manned 24 hours per day.

Our support is person centred, whereby the needs of the individual are at the core of our support.
It is our aim to empower individuals and to ensure that they receive the support they need and have complete involvement in how they want their support to be delivered.
E.g in ways which are most appropriate to them as they see it.

Our staff are all DBS checked, and receive a six week induction and going support to complete all mandatory and needs led training.
Our Support
The supported living apartments have support staff available throughout day and night. The staff also provide additional 1:1 support around funded hours with all aspects of daily living including:
