About our Support Workers
All staff have a four-week induction period before starting with Outreach and are all DBS checked.
New staff shadowing established members of staff for a period of time, in order to ensure the service is delivered in line with person centred care plans, and guidelines, with risk assessments being in place. Safeguards are also in place to ensure that service users care needs are positive and always promote dignity, empowerment and respect.

Management structure is in place, who oversee the supervision/reflection of other staff on duty, and to ensure that the services users are able to live as independent a lifestyle as possible within their own homes.

Staff are managed by a named service manager and a registered manager.
