York Avenue is a residential care home with four bedrooms.

The is a kosher house in the heart of the Jewish Community, within easy access to various Synagogues, bus routes and shopping areas, being staffed 24/7 and having a sleep-in room/office.

There is a communal lounge, kitchen (with two sinks), dining room and bathroom, with a small back garden.
